NAVARRE — A 73-year-old man was charged Wednesday with 15 counts of sexual battery, and investigators believe there are more victims.
Edward Scott Foster is alleged to have committed sexual abuse on multiple victims from 1972 to 1997, according to the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office. The incidents are believed to have occurred in Foster’s home.
A search warrant was executed at his home and a signed warrant for his arrest was issued after investigators heard testimony from alleged victims.
“The details of the case are very graphic. Detectives believe there may be other victims in this case,” the Sheriff’s Office reported in a news release. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 850-437-STOP.
Foster is being held without bond in the county jail.
