Man has some nasty words for approaching police officers

NICEVILLE – An angry man had a few choice vulgar words for Niceville Police officers who were investigating a report of a fight between him and his girlfriend.

The incident occurred on Kelly Road, according to an arrest report. Police officers, responding to several 911 calls about the fight, say the 20-year-old Niceville man got out of his car in an aggressive manner and had to be restrained immediately. He refused to be handcuffed and allegedly resisted until he was finally cuffed.

Then, he refused to fully get into an officer’s patrol cruiser. When he was told to cooperate he is quoted as saying, “No, I’m not gonna do it!” “No!” and two quotes that cannot be reprinted on this website.

He was charged with obstruction without violence and has a Jan. 14 court date.
