CRESTVIEW – A 37-year-old Crestview man was arrested after he allegedly pushed a woman out of a residence, causing her to fall and scrape her elbows.
A Crestview Police officer investigated the incident and was told the man shoved the woman out of the residence, causing her to fall and scrape both elbows. The officer noted the woman had cuts to both elbows.
A witness corroborated the woman’s story.
The two were described as having a romantic relationship and live together as a family, the arrest report noted.
The report didn’t say what led to the dispute.
The man was charged with battery. His plea date is Jan. 7.
