CRESTVIEW – A man was arrested for calling his ex-wife, threatening to “stomp her” and calling her a prostitute.
The woman told Crestview Police she received a call from a man who she believed was her ex-husband. He was demanding to speak with their child in common. When she told him the child was asleep, he allegedly became belligerent and started yelling and cursing at her.
She hung up, but the man called back repeatedly – as many as 56 times, according to records obtained from Cox Communications.
At one point the man is said to have threatened to come over, “stomp” her, wake up everybody and kick her backside. He also called her vulgar names, including one for a prostitute.
