CRESTVIEW — A 33-year-old Mississippi woman was charged with trespassing and resisting an officer without violence after she refused to leave a local hotel.
The woman was holding items she refused to drop, according to her Crestview Police Department arrest report.
She also tried to twist out of being handcuffed and refused to put her feet in the patrol car, the report said.
During the arrest, she yelled at the officer that it was a false arrest.
She continued to yell that she could not be arrested for trespassing, the report said.
She was arrested Aug. 25 and is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 24.
