DeFUNIAK SPRINGS — A man was taken to a hospital after his vehicle rolled over and into the woods off Interstate 10 Sunday afternoon, said Chief Brian Coley with Walton County Fire Rescue.
The man was driving eastbound on I-10 at the intersection with U.S. Highway 331 during a heavy rainfall shortly after noon.
His vehicle rolled over, across the westbound lanes and into the woods.
He was injured, but not seriously.
“It’s just a wonder that he’s ok,” Coley said.
He urged people to use caution on wet roads.
