FORT WALTON BEACH — Crews will begin paving the final layer of asphalt on Lewis Turner Boulevard at the intersection of S.R. 85 this Sunday.
Lane closures will be in effect from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Thursday.
Traffic will be restricted to one lane in each direction at the intersection. Once complete, crews will continue paving operations along Lewis Turner Boulevard between Roberts Boulevard and Eglin Boulevard.
Construction activities are weather dependent and may be delayed or re-scheduled in the event of inclement weather. Motorists, pedestrian and bicyclists are reminded to travel with care through the work zone and to watch for construction equipment and workers entering and exiting the roadway.
