FORT WALTON BEACH – A 55-year-old homeless man was busted in downtown Fort Walton Beach for – you guessed it – urinating in public.
The incident occurred April 4, according to the Fort Walton Beach Police Department. An officer was notified of a drunken man causing a problem at the Fort Walton Beach Library.
While en route the officer was told the man had left the library and was peeing on a nearby building.
When the officer got to the scene he found the man and asked if he’d just urinated on the side of the building. The man said he had.
A witness said he saw the man drop his pants and pee on the building.
The man was arrested and charged with exposure of sexual organs. His court date is April 23.
