SANTA ROSA BEACH - A Marianna man was arrested Thursday for traveling for sexual activity with a 14-year-old child, according to the Walton County Sheriff's Office.
In January, Tuanh Huynh Pham, 31, traveled from his home to the victim’s home, according to his arrest report. When he spoke to deputies later, Pham admitted having oral sex with the victim.
Pham was arrested and taken to Walton County Jail on $100,000 bond.
