CRESTVIEW - A Munford, Tenn., man was booked into the Okaloosa County Jail on March 3 after he allegedly sent and received sexual texts from a 14-year-old Crestview girl, according to the Crestview police.
Dustin York Jewell, 20, sent 29 known lewd or lascivious messages, including eight photos of his genitals, to the victim March 2, according to his arrest report. The victim sent 24 photos of herself in various stages of undress.
Jewell was charged with 29 counts of transmission of material harmful to children. He remained in jail Thursday on $145,000 bond.
