CRESTVIEW - A 50-year-old Crestview man was arrested for causing a disturbance at a local motel.
Crestview Police say the man was drunk when he walked into the lobby of the Hilton Motel on Feb. 3 and began yelling at the owner.
The owner told officers the man came into the main office and started yelling at him as a customer entered the room. The customer left the property because of the ruckus.
The man admitted he was drunk, the owner said. Officers also noted the man appeared to be drunk. In fact, the man told officers he was drunk.
The man said he was angry because his medication had been stolen, but he changed his story several times.
He was charged with disorderly intoxication. His court date is Feb. 26.
