SANTA ROSA BEACH - A suspect in the burglary of a home on Loblolly Bay Drive was arrested Friday and some of the stolen items were returned to the owners, according to the Walton County Sheriff's Office.
On Feb. 10, several rings, a handgun, some clothes and birth control pills were stolen last Sunday from the home, according to a Sheriff's Office news release.
A few days later, a neighbor found the gun and contacted the Sheriff's Office. The stolen rings pawned in Okaloosa County were recovered and returned.
Deputies arrested Brennon Jeffrey Lawrence, 21, of Santa Rosa Beach. He was charged with burglary, criminal mischief and grand theft of a firearm.
