FLOROSA - Two adults were taken to the hospital Friday evening after a crash on westbound U.S. Highway 98 near Avenue du Fountain Bleu, according to Florosa firefighters.

When firefighters arrived after 5:40 p.m., a pickup truck was in a ditch and a car was still in the road, Florosa Deputy Fire Chief Brad Williams said. Both vehicles sustained major damage.
The Florida Highway Patrol was investigating the crash Friday night.
