MARY ESTHER — A Waffle House on U.S. Highway 98 was robbed overnight.
The suspect is described as white male who is about six feet tall “with a chubby face and dark hair and dark facial hair,” according to a news release from the Emerald Coast Crime Stoppers.
One customer and three employees were at the restaurant when the man walked up to the cash register and handed an employee a note for money.
He was wearing a blue or grey hooded sweatshirt and jeans at the time of the robbery.
