Kitty Hawk Kites held it's 5th Annual Flying High on the Harbor kite festival this weekend at HarborWalk Village and Norriego Point in Destin. The event, which drew kite flyers from as far as Washington, D.C., featured professional stunt kite flying and demonstrations, kite making contests and a wide variety of large kites flying high above Norriego Point.
