FORT WALTON BEACH - The westbound outside lane of U.S. Highway 98 from Harbeson Avenue to Shell Avenue downtown will be closed from 5:30 to 7 a.m. today while crews video a storm water line, according to the state Department of Transportation.
The work schedule depends on the weather.
