NICEVILLE – A man and a woman met in the parking lot of a local discount store on July 30 to settle their differences. Seems the man, who is 18 and lives in Santa Rosa Beach, was harassing the woman, according to an Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office arrest report.
Instead of settling their differences, they got into an argument, the arresting deputy wrote in the report. During the spat, the man became angry and slapped the woman in the face. Then, he left.
A deputy noted the woman had a red handprint on the right side of her face.
