The U.S. Marshals Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested three individuals wanted for local crimes over the last several days.
On July 23, Lloyd Russell Allen was arrested at a home on Chicago Avenue in Fort Walton Beach. The 64-year-old is a suspect in at least two lewd and lascivious exhibition involving a minor cases that reportedly took place in Navarre.
Another fugitive, Ramon Latimore was picked up at a home on Phil Tyner Road in Crestview on July 25. The 21-year-old is wanted in Baton Rouge, La., for armed robbery. When officers arrived at the Crestview home they conducted surveillance prior to arrest.
Latimore saw the task force team and fled on foot into some woods. Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office K-9 helped with Latimore’s capture.
Monday afternoon, Andrew William Stroup was picked up while riding his motorcycle in Pensacola. The 37-year-old faces charges of armed burglary to a structure and video voyeurism in Fort Walton Beach.
