FORT WALTON BEACH – A 49-year-old man was arrested and charged with molesting a 12-year-old girl after she reported he touched her breasts and genitals.
Robert G. Hineline was arrested on May 2 after he was found in Westerville, Ohio. He confessed to touching the girl’s buttocks, and touching her genitals after masturbating.
The girl and her father told Fort Walton Beach Police the molestations occurred in November and December 2012 wile he was living with the girl and her mother at their Fort Walton Beach residence.
She said Hineline touched her while she was lying in bed.
He was charged with lewd or lascivious molestation of a victim older than 12 but younger than 16.
His court date was not listed on the arrest report.
