NICEVILLE — A 60-year-old woman was arrested April 27 on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.
Dominique M. Lambert pulled out an unloaded revolver during a heated argument with her boyfriend. Lambert pulled the trigger several times pointing the gun at the man’s face, according to the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office arrest report.
She was found later in her car and several bullets were found beside her car on the ground in a plastic bag. The gun was found in front of a nearby house, the report said.
Lambert is scheduled to appear in court May 28.
