GULF BREEZE - Sheriff‘s deputies are investigating bullet holes discovered by a resident in the front of his home on Venetian Way on Saturday, according to the Santa Rosa County Sheriff‘s Office.
The resident contacted police at 2 p.m. Saturday about several bullet holes in his front door, the incident report stated. One left a mark on the homeowner‘s car.
The homeowner found three .22-caliber Remington casings in the road, the incident report stated.
Deputies estimate the incident occurred about 1 a.m. Saturday. They did not know the motive.
