DEFUNIAK SPRINGS - Matthew Cole Marsteller, vice president of Quality Imports car dealership, has been identified as the driver killed in a traffic accident on Interstate 10 on March 20.
According to an initial crash report from Florida Highway Patrol, Marsteller was driving a 2004 two-door Mercedes west on I-10 about 2:53 p.m. when the car veered onto the north shoulder east of DeFuniak Springs and hit the pier of the overpass of County Road 183.
The FHP has not identified the driver pending a report from the medical examiner’s office. However, Marsteller’s family identified him Saturday.
