Mary Esther - A fire that began in a 20-foot-tall bamboo patch on Gregory Drive damaged a storage shed on Lorraine Drive, said Frank Matheny, assistant chief of the Mary Esther Fire Department.
No one was injured, Matheny said. The shed sustained about $1,000 in damage.
The fire appeared to be accidental.
Ocean City-Wright firefighters assisted at the scene.
