Pace - A convenience store owner was arrested Wednesday after several packages of Spice seized from his store Jan. 16 tested positive for a controlled substance, according to the Santa Rosa County Sheriff‘s Office.
Sheriff’s deputies seized about $5,000 worth of Spice from the EZ Save on Diamond Street. The store was owned by Osama Yousef, who was arrested at the time.
The Spice tested positive for XLR11, and/or UR-144.
Yousef now has been charged with possession of marijuana. He was taken to the county jail and released on $40,000 bond.
