MOSSY HEAD — A 45-year-old man wanted in Ohio for pandering child pornography was arrested at his home Tuesday morning.
James Michael O’Briant of West Seneca Drive was taken into custody by the Walton County Sheriff’s Office without incident on an arrest warrant, according to a Walton County Sheriff’s Office arrest report.
O’Briant is wanted for three counts of pandering by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office in Ohio. The United States Marshals Service for the Southern District of Ohio requested assistance from the Florida Regional Task Force in the arrest of O’Briant after he applied for a driver’s license with his Mossy Head address.
U.S. Marshals Task Forces from Walton, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa and Escambia County assisted in the arrest.
O’Briant was booked in the Walton County Jail without bond and is awaiting extradition.
