CRESTVIEW - A man has been arrested for the lewd and lascivious battery of a minor between 12 and 16 years old, according to police.
Jacob Rex Langston, 19, of Crestview, admitted to participating in sexual acts with a minor more than once, a news release from the Crestview Police Department said.
The victim, who was 14 at the time, told police she and Langston had sex and oral sex twice at his home July 24, according to Langston’s arrest report.
Langston was arrested Aug. 29 and has been released from Okaloosa County Jail on $5,000 bond.
