NAVARRE - A woman has been arrested for felony battery and sexual assault, according to the Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office.
Whitney Daughhetee, 18, of Warner Robbins, Ga., is accused of having sex with a victim who told deputies she does not remember the incident and may have been unconscious, according to Daughhetee’s arrest report.
The victim went to the hospital the day after the crime on July 6. She needs surgery for an injury she suffered, the arrest report stated.
Daughhetee wrote in a sworn statement that she had sex with the victim in Navarre, according to the report.
