NICEVILLE - A couple was beaten and robbed at their home on Kristen Circle Thursday evening, according to the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies responded at 10:30 p.m. and found a 68-year-old man outside his home with a bloody mouth, a Sheriff's Office news release said.
His 64-year-old wife, who had injuries to her head and neck, was at a neighbor’s house, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
The woman said three men wearing masks and gloves went into her garage when she arrived home in her car. They tried to rob her but she escaped to the neighbor’s home.
Her husband arrived home later and also was beaten and robbed.
Deputies searched the area but could not find the suspects.
