FORT WALTON BEACH - A reckless driver was arrested after a chase Wednesday night, according to the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office.
A deputy spotted a vehicle on Pocahontas Drive matching one involved in a hit-and-run crash. Jeremiah Dalton Hogeland, 23, of Cullman, Ala., was speeding and driving partially on the wrong side of the street, and forced the deputy to pull over to avoid a crash, according to Hogeland’s arrest report.
