FORT WALTON BEACH - Three people arrested following a shooting last month that left one man dead and another man wounded have been indicted for murder by an Okaloosa County grand jury.
Chloe Johnson, 17, and Keenan Stacks and Benjamin Rumlin, both 20, will face charges of first-degree murder and attempted murder, according to the state attorney’s office.
Terrence Robinson, 19, and John Selfridge, 20, both of Navarre, were shot June 27 during an attempted robbery at Spanish Villa condominiums in Fort Walton Beach. They drove away but pulled over on Sullivan Street nearby. Robinson was found dead in the car.
Fort Walton Beach police say Stacks and Rumlin tried to steal drugs from the victims. Johnson allegedly set up the meeting.
