Holt said police believe there are other people involved.
“We’re going to find them. It’s just a matter of time,” Holt said.
Meanwhile, callers reported hearing gunshots at Spanish Villas at about 5 p.m. Friday. Police sped to the condos and searched the area, but found nothing.
Anyone with information about Thursday’s shootings can call Fort Walton Beach Detective Tracy Hart at 833-9537.
“If anybody has other information or witnessed anything, any pertinent information into the investigation, we want them to call,” Holt said.
