DEFUNIAK SPRINGS - An investigation by the Department of Children and Families and Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office at a home on Chestnut Drive led to the arrest of a resident on methamphetamine charges.
Sheriff’s deputies and DCF officials first searched the home June 19 and found evidence ofa “shake-and-bake” meth lab, the Sheriff’s Office reported. After obtaining a search warrant, deputies found meth ingredients, more than 200 grams of meth, syringes and plastic bags used for sale.
Aaron Miller, 31, was not home June 19. He was arrested there Monday and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, trafficking in methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
