SANTA ROSA COUNTY - A man was arrested Wednesday and charged with the sexual battery.
On March 22, Alexander Christian Tilkens, 21, of Eglin Air Force Base, allegedly had sex with the victim while she slept, according to the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office. The two had been drinking earlier in the night.
He was taken to the Okaloosa County Jail on $15,000 bond.
