GULF BREEZE - The owner of Zehn Spa on Gulf Breeze Parkway was arrested for prostitution Tuesday, according to the Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office.
After receiving tips on illicit sexual activity at the business, an undercover investigator went to the business, a Sheriff's Office news release said.
He approached the owner, Weizhen Qiu, and asked for a massage. She told him $70 before offering to “take care of him” and pointing to his genitals, the news release said. Qui told him that would coast an extra $50.
Investigators arrested Qui, who later admitted to sexual activity with customers.
