FORT WALTON BEACH — The city will be taken over this weekend by pirates, zombies, scallawags, raiders, and privateers. Check out this schedule of events for the Billy Bowlegs Pirate Festival to make your way through the festivities and skirmishes.
With the exception of the parade and the pub crawl, the following events will be held at the Fort Walton Beach Landing Park at 139 Brooks Street.

Thursday, May 30, Pirate Zombie Night
4 p.m. Kids' Pirate Walk, Downtown Fort Walton Beach

- Billy Bowlegs Pirate Festival
- Bowlegs Pub Crawl (www.FWBPubCrawl.com) *Portion of Brooks Street will be closed to vehicles from 6 to 10 p.m.
7 p.m. Torchlight Parade: Begins on the corner on Eglin Parkway and First Street then continues north on Eglin Parkway.
8 p.m.

Parking
Parking is available at the northeast corner of Miracle Strip Parkway (U.S. Highway 98) and Harbeson, opposite the Circle K and next door to De'France Antiques (Please do not park in the De'France parking lot).

A $10 wristband will give you unlimited access to:

Capt. Billy's Treasure Chest: Participants will have a chance to win $10,000 by "cracking the code" on the Billy Bowlegs Treasure Chest. Visit the Gazebo at Fort Walton Beach Landing on Friday or Saturday to participate.
