WALTON COUNTY — The Fire Marshal's Office is investigating a barn fire Sunday night that caused thousands of dollars in damages.
Chief Brian Coley with Walton County Fire Rescue said a home on Otter Pond Road lost several tractors, a boat and tools during a fire that began around 8 p.m.
Firefighters with Walton County and DeFuniak Springs Fire were at the scene until about midnight, Coley said.
No one was injured.
The barn was fully engulfed when first responders arrived, he said.
Coley said the cause of the fire is under investigation.
