MILTON — A 55-year-old man was arrested May 6 on three counts of lewd and lascivious molestation on a child less than 12 years old.
Officials believe Claude Russell Ratliff molested a child at his home on Dalisa Road from August to October 2012, according to his Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office arrest report.
During an interview, Ratliff told investigators, “I didn’t do nothin’, I didn’t remember anything,” according to the arrest report.
Ratliff was taken to the Santa Rosa County Jail without bond.
